A manual reset is required:
Ensure the PM number shown during the start-up process matches the PM number on the side of the meter.
If the PM number in start-up is PM00000000, the meter has lost its setup settings and requires reprogramming or replacement.
If the PM number is correct, the reset may resolve the issue.
If not, a Augos support representative should liaise with the development team to investigate the issue from the backend.
