Symptom: FTP6 ERROR

  1. Device shows “FTP6” on the screen 
  1. This is typically shown when the data on the sim card has been depleted.
  1. If within South Africa, contact the network service provider, and confirm that the sim is active and has data available. 
  1. If additional data is required, request that the minimum data package size is loaded. 
  1. Get approval from direct manager. 
  1. If outside of South Africa, the client should ensure the sim is active and has data available.
