- Device Shows “Sim Config Error” on screen
- Ensure the sim card is present and installed correctly
- Manually reset the meter
- If the issue persists,
- check with the network provider that the sim is active and has data available, and advise further based on the outcome.
- For users outside of South Africa, the client needs to:
- Ensure the sim card is active
- Ensure it has data available
- Test the sim in another device if possible
- Talk to the network provider to assist with troubleshooting
- If the issue cannot be resolved, the meter may be defective and require replacement.
